Production Notes
- Each play can be performed with full blocking or in a readers’ theatre venue; some are ideal for the radio. "The Goblins" is intended to be the concluding play; otherwise, the order is changeable.
- Production expenses may remain low; demands upon the imagination of the audience may remain high. Generally, sounds should be emphasized over sights.
- A performance of all seven plays can be performed by a cast of at least seven: three women, three men, and one/two neutral. Several roles are gender flexible; nouns and pronouns may be changed accordingly.
- Halloween is a light-hearted celebration with dark undertones. Its entertainments range from escapist farce to interpretive drama. This collection of plays may represent only a portion of one performance's offerings, and producers have several options:
